Negative of Bobby Brown probably taken in association with the speech he gave at the end of the "Walk Against Fear," on August 24, 1969 at the Arkansas State Capitol. Led by Lance (Sweet Willie Wine) Watson Of Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, the "Walk Against Fear" was a 130 mile walk from West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas to the State Capitol in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Bobby Brown was president of the Little Rock Chapter of Black United Youth. He was a non-violent civil rights activist and led many protest, boycotts and demonstrations in Arkansas. His sister Minniejean Brown was one of a group of nine students to integrate Little Rock Central High School in 1957. He was born July 23, 1947 and died May 12, 2001.
